All management of Kleen Eleven are fully committed to continually improving the quality of products and services to ensure customer satisfaction and to exceed their expectations. The ultimate responsibility for defining the quality policy of the company is the duty of our Management Team and they must ensure the policies, procedures and systems outlined in the Quality Manual are understood, and correctly implemented. However, the full responsibility to provide quality services and products is the duty of all the company personnel at all levels.
